About NCARE

The National Campaign for the Arts Research and Education (NCARE) was established in February 2000 as the charitable wing of the NCA to undertake its research and education work.

Its mission is to work with the arts and education sectors to create projects, events and well-researched information which will educate opinion formers, funding bodies and the general public on the value of the arts to contemporary society and ensure that everyone in the UK has opportunities to experience and participate in the arts.

Its vision is that opinion formers, funding bodies and the general public understand and appreciate the value of the arts to contemporary society and that everyone in the UK has opportunities to experience and participate in the arts.

Recent supporters of NCARE projects include:

Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation

Creative London/London Development Agency
