Pauline is the Course Director for the B.A. (Hons) in Arts Management at London South Bank University. Her areas of specialisms include the role of music in society, work placements and events management. She is also currently working on a Phd entitled ‘Musical acquisition and cultural transmission in the Black Majority Church in Britain’ at Birkbeck College.
Prior to joining London South Bank University she worked as the assistant director for CM, a music training organisation based in Southwark where responsibilities included course development and accreditation, as well as managing franchising arrangements with further education colleges.
She sits on the boards of several arts organisations including National Campaign for the Arts, CM, and ShowHow.
