Diversity Manifesto 2005

The Diversity Manifesto was launched at the Victoria and Albert Museum, London on 17 November 2005. The Manifesto, written by the NCA, in partnership, sought to disseminate the findings of research investigating the reasons why the arts labour market was still not representative of society as a whole. The Diversity Manifesto is based on the experience of many organisations within the sector and aims to place diversity, equality and opportunity at the heart of the arts sector.
